Any purchase from www.store-mo.com website has a 6 months guarantee. The guarantee would be breached in case of any resize, repair or modification by any party rather than MO.

 

You will be asked to sign the receipt of delivery after you have been handed the product intact. If you find out any broken piece or any faulty product, please return it by the courier. Please do inform the customer service afterwards. 

 

Cargo and return conditions

 

You can make and unconditional return of your purchase in 7 days. You can also exchange the product with another within 30 days if the good is still in good condition.

 

The refund or cancellation cargo fee for products from www.store-mo.com is demanded to be paid by the buyer. The cargo fee is due to be paid by store-mo.com if the guarantee terms are met (meaning the product is either broken or faulty at delivery). However, the buyer is charged a cargo fee in case of an exchange request.
